Mindfulness in business: Group workshops

Typically: 6-12 participants
Schedule: Three Tuesdays in a row, from 6pm to 7:30pm

Mindful Your Own Business Workshops are based on the research of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mark Williams, Martin Seligam, Sara Lazar, on management writers including Marshall Goldsmith and Stephen Covey, as well as traditional sources of perennial wisdom including Zen, Tibetan and Vietnamese branches of Buddhism, and the contemporary literary work of David Whyte, Robert Bly and others.
